Mark your calendars! Submit your entry early to take advantage of early bird pricing and secure your place among the best in life sciences training.

• Awards Portal Opens & Early Bird Pricing Begins: November 26, 2025
• Last Day for Early Bird Pricing: December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (application must be finalized for the discount)
• Standard Pricing Begins: January 1, 2026
• Awards Portal Closes: February 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET — No deadline extensions
• Judging Period: February 25–March 18, 2026
• Finalist Announcement Week: April 13–17, 2026
• Spotlight Social Featuring Finalist Posters and Awards Gala: June 17, 2026

Application Process & Fee

1. Log in with or create an LTEN account.
2. Once you're logged in, you'll see an option to Apply at the top of this page and also at the bottom of this screen.
3. Follow the prompts to complete and pay for your application. You can save progress and finish later.
4. Application Fees:
   • Early-Bird Rate: $249 per application. Applications must be finalized by 11:59 PM ET on December 31.
   • Regular Rate: $349 per application.
   • Scholarships: No fee for scholarship applications.
5. Locate your application(s) under My Account > My Applications .
